How to make the clients smile

Anyone in the IT business who thinks the high wages and rates from the 1998 – 2000 period will soon return is overly optimistic (or mental).

Why? Because since I’ve been out selling services to business owners and presidents of small businesses, I’ve learned that it hasn’t been easy for them either. The year 2003 will not be missed this coming Dec. 31.
