Microsoft has introduced an RSS feed to the Security Update Guide in bid to allow users get immediate notifications when a new CVE is added.
The URL for the new RSS feed is now live at https://api.msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/RSS and is shared via an RSS icon in the SUG.
Users interested in the new RSS Feed feature must first install an RSS Feed reader that could be a desktop application, mobile app, or browser extension. Once users subscribe to the feed, they will automatically receive notifications when Microsoft adds a new CVE to the Security Update Guide.
This will keep users informed of the latest security risks. In addition, users will receive notifications after subscribing to the feed when Microsoft adds a new CVE to the Security Update Guide, which ultimately helps inform users about the latest security risks.
