There is a networking event held by the Canadian Women in Technology (CanWIT) division of the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance's Toronto branch on Jan. 26, 2011 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. CanWIT is a networking community whose goal is to encourage women to enter the technology sector. This is a networking opportunity for individuals to meet with executives from information technology, professional services, finance and telecom sectors. There will also be a chance for mentoring, networking, advocacy and professional development from leaders from CanWIT.

The event will take place in Toronto at  the Ivey ING Direct Leadership Centre at 130 King St. W. on the ground floor unit SW 8/10. Featured panelists will be posted later on the Canadian Women in Technology site and will hold discussions. Interested attendees can click here to register.
