ResponseTek adds in Net Promoter

Customer experience management software vendor ResponseTek of Vancouver announced yesterday that it has added Net Promoter functionality to ResponseTek:CEM.

The Net Promoter methodology allows users to better track customer experiences and customer loyalty. This makes for a more consistent tracking across all customer loyalty interactions.

The functionality will be available in the summer 2008 release of the product.
