Oracle unveils online venues for Java developers

Oracle Corp. announced today it has added more resources to the Oracle Technology Network for Java developers.

In addition to a developer newsletter and discussion forums, Redwood Shores, Calif.-based database giant is now offering an “unconference,” which is an online venue for developers to present technical workshops.

It is also offering a hosted wiki, where Oracle employees and others can share content about Oracle related subjects. The third new service is a social networking site for developers.
