Open Text on Wednesday offered an update to Genio, the content and data integration tool it gained through the acquisition of rival Hummingbird Communications.
Genio is designed to transform, cleanse and direct unstructured and structured information across the entire spectrum of decision support systems and corporate applications such as ERP and CRM, Open Text said.
Version 7 will include the ability to incorporate business data exposed via Web Services in their data integration processes, full national language and Unicode support, native 64-bit support and a number of wizards and search capabilities.
