IBM XML application

configure and manage an RS/6000 B50server with handheld devices, using CodeWarrior for Palm Computing Platform development tools from Metrowerks. According to IBM, the application, which is similar to the PalmPilot and IBM WorkPad, will simplify the server installation process and does not require extensive system hardware or Unix knowledge. The application also conducts system performance monitoring, system configuration reporting and Web server management capabilities, as well as providing password protection. The application is designed for ISPs and ASPs who often have multiple RS/6000 B50 racks, and use XML to send information back and forth between the handheld computer and the server.
