Ford Europe builds Web-based parts catalog using Enigma

Ford Motor Co. is taking steps to improve its aftermarket supply network by investing in technology to streamline its relationships with 18,000 dealers and independent repair shops in Europe, said John Snow, vice president of Burlington, Mass.-based Enigma Inc., which is providing the technology.
