Atlanta-based Blackstone & Cullen (BAC) is now offering Data Commander 2.3, a data management tool that includes conversion for legacy data to Extensible Markup Language (XML).

Handling data analysis, aging, comparison and conversion for Y2K compliance and euro conversion, Data Commander 2.3 also manages data migration projects moving non-relational legacy data to relational forms, such as Structured Query Language (SQL). With the support of XML 1.0, programmers can now convert legacy archives to XML with ease, as Data Commander automates the programming process and is platform independent.
