This being the customary time of year for reflecting on the past and predicting the future, we thought it would be worthwhile to take a look at how the industry’s vendors fared in terms of the predictions they made a year ago regarding the hot trends for 1998.

In the Jan. 9, 1998 issue, Network World Canada asked top executives from the leading Canadian networking vendors to indulge in some crystal-ball gazing. Here’s how they did:
