Atlantic economies get a boost from networking

The Maritime provinces are possibly one of the last areas in Canada one thinks of in a discussion of the high tech centres of the country. Stereotypical as it is, the average person likely sees fishermen and schooners instead of LANs, dark fibre and telecommunications gateways.
