New Yorker Jailed For Selling Stolen Credit Cards

John Telusma, a 37-year-old New York man, has been sentenced to four years in prison for selling and using stolen credit cards.

Telusma is one of 36 people indicted by U.S. authorities in 2018 for alleged roles in the criminal organization Infraud Organization.

According to court documents, Telusma was one of the most prolific and active vendors of Infraud’s card portal, which sells “dumps” and offers “drop” and “cashout” services to other members. Telusma joined the platform in August 2011 and was active for five and a half years.

Law enforcement agencies in the United States, Australia, Britain, France, Italy, Kosovo and Serbia arrested 13 of the 10,901 registered members in March 2017.

Among the arrested and convicted members are Infraud co-founder Sergey Medvedev, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison, malware developer Valerian Chiochiu, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and VIP member Arnaldo Sanchez Torteya, who was sentenced to eight years in prison.

Others include VIP member Edgar Rojas, who was sentenced to 8 years in prison, ATM skimmer Jose Gamboa, who was sentenced to 8 years in prison, and VIP member Pius Wilson, who was sentenced to 7 years in prison.
