Apple’s Polishing Cloth Orders Have A 12-week Queue

The new Apple polishing cloth has taken the world by storm, and orders now have a 12-week queue before delivery.

The Apple polishing cloth comes in a white box and opens like an envelope. Apple has carefully folded it in a teardrop shape to avoid markings.

There is a small piece of paper between both sides of the cloth that provides instructions for use. It is safe for use on all Apple displays and surfaces. However, a 70% isopropyl alcohol IPA solution should be used for occasional cleaning of hard-to-remove stains on nano glass.

The tech giant says that the polishing cloth is only compatible with the first generation of the iPhone SE, the first generation of the iPad mini and the fifth generation of the iPod touch. Fortunately, the polishing cloth is also compatible with non-Apple devices.

The polishing cloth is made of “soft, nonabrasive material,” but Apple has not specified what this material is.

With the Apple polishing cloth, extreme caution is required, as the light gray color can easily become dirty when used to remove liquids or other types of food stamps.

The tech giant also suggests a range of accessories to pair with the polishing cloth, such as the Mac Pro Wheels Kit. Apple’s wheels are more shiny and stainless steel, so a polishing cloth should be helpful to keep them very clean. Other accessories that work well with the cloth include the Mac Pro Feet Kit, Pro Stand and AirPods Pro.

Apple’s polishing cloth is sold for $19.00 in Apple stores as well as on the tech giant’s official website.
