Cisco released last week a study on enterprise use of video and Web 2.0 technologies that found that the video boom with consumers has translated into a growing number of businesses eager to use video to help grow their businesses, reach new customers, and increase employee and eco-friendly collaboration.

Nearly a third of respondents cited fulfilling the demand for innovative products as the main reason for investing in blogs, wikis, telepresence, and Web conferencing.
