Vendors offer HR management software

The letter “e” is finding its way into a lot of business practices these days as companies rush to implement electronic solutions for various departments, such as sales.

CCH Canadian Ltd., for one, is offering software that it claims can assist a company to implement a flexible work practice policy.

“Flexible

Work Practices is aimed at providing employers with information about a variety of practices they can implement in their workplace to attract and keep high quality people,” said Terry Baskin, the director of sales and marketing for human resources, legal and specialized markets at CCH in Toronto, Ont.
