According to RHI Consulting, a division of Robert Half International Inc., Canadian CIOs rate “communication” as their number one problem in the workplace. In a survey, entitled Was it something I said?, 44 percent of 270 respondents bemoaned the gap between high-tech jargon and the end user’s understanding.
