Successful Web host execs get last laugh on former employers

The author F. Scott Fitzgerald once said that there are no second acts in American lives. Then again, F. Scott never met George Conrades and Ellen Hancock. Because if he had, he would have concluded that not only are there second acts, there are some damn impressive third acts, as well.
