Nearly 50 per cent of all financial and business services companies have deployed or are rolling out CRM applications, according to research undertaken by Forrester Research Inc. The Cambridge, Mass.-based company reports that compared with other industries, the services sector has deployed the most CRM applications. Further, it reports that companies that are at least considering CRM outpace their peers at deploying other technologies.
