EDS Americas centres get the A-OK again

EDS announced yesterday that its eight major service delivery centres in the Americas have been recertified under the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard.

The certification (which is granted after a three-month audit conducted by independent ISO standards certification firm SAI Global) is renewed every three years; 2008 marks the company’s fourth recertification.

The centres (based in Canada, the United States, and Latin America) were commended on their ITIL process standards, Zero Outage program, and change discipline.
