Business process management (BPM) is a discipline designed to optimize the processes most important to the realization of corporate goals. Business processes typically comprise a series of related human and system activities such as ERP or CRM producing results that generate business value. BPM leverages software and services to monitor these processes and the interaction among them and rapidly modify them appropriately as business conditions change.
