IT leadership on camera: Peter Carr and Joan McCalla

When we chose the judges for our inaugural awards program for Canadian technology executives, we chose the best.

Following the heated judges' discussion I reported on a week or so ago, we captured a few of the participants on their way out, asking them, as we did awards chair and ICTC head Paul Swinwood, how they see leadership defined and successfully modeled. Enjoy these insights from Dr. Peter Carr, who leads the IT management program at the University of Waterloo, and Joan McCalla, a Distinguished Fellow with the global public sector team, Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), Cisco Systems.
