Toronto-based electronics manufacturer Celestica Inc. has entered a strategic alliance with Avaya Inc., a corporate networking solutions and services provider. As part of the arrangement, Celestica has acquired Avaya’s manufacturing, repair and supply chain operations in Denver, Colo., and Little Rock, Ark., and will acquire certain other operating assets.
