Vodafone and Cap Gemini form new mobile company

Paris-based systems integrator and management consultant Cap Gemini Ernst & Young announced Thursday the formation of a 50-50 joint venture with global mobile telecommunications operator Vodafone Group PLC. The new company, which has yet to be named, will offer mobile services to corporate customers across Europe, Cap Gemini said.
