The dangers of multi-vendor outsourcing

An increasing number of local, regional and national governments around the world have turned away from single-source outsourced IT deals in the hope of getting more value.
 
But as this article from British-based Professional Outsourcing Magazine  points out, there should be some “healthy skepticsm” about whether contracting multiple suppliers is any better.
