In Conversation: Telecom regulation reform

It’s been a busy month in Ottawa on the telecommunications front: colourful confrontation at a CRTC hearing into how incumbent carriers should share their networks with new providers, a maverick recommendation by the Senate on how to spend money from spectrum auctions, and an industry committee divided on party lines on the issue of telecom ownership regulation reform.
