Video: A 2-minute look at Verbatim's 1 terabyte home network storage server and the MediaShare Mini, which provides the same functionality without the storage

In this episode of Tech in 2 Minutes, ComputerWorld Canada sits down with Becky Morrison, senior manager of marketing communications at Verbatim Americas LLC, for a two-minute look at the MediaShare NAS drive and the MediaShare Mini. The 1TB home network storage sever is DLNA-compliant for streaming content between devices, includes an online component for accessing and managing files remotely, lets you schedule automatic back-ups and allows multiple users to access different content simultaneously from the device. It includes one USB port on the front, two USB ports at the back and an eSATA port. The MediaShare Mini doesn’t offer storage capacity, but plug it into a hard drive and you’ll get the same functionality.
