Trolling through a bunch of cliches isn't very valuable, but a security specialist has come up with a valuable list of lessons from his career

You've sung the 12 days of Christmas. Now Alfonso Barreiro, would like you to listen to the 12 truths of information security.
Barreiro, who works in the field, has put together a list of lessons from a decade’s of work which to some may sound trite. But look closer.
