Big data can be a blessing or curse for sales. The amount of information companies are collecting nowadays (whether or not they plan to derive insights from it) is huge. But huge amounts of information have to be harnessed somehow or they can hurt the business. So, either way, sales will be affected. It’s up to the business to decide whether more data means more profit or more deadlock and confusion.
