BMO builds CRM infrastructure

Seemingly all hell breaks loose about 10 minutes after employees leave their posts at about 100 BMO Financial Group branches each month. People are standing on the counters with reciprocating saws noisily spewing sawdust all over the place. Computer equipment gets removed and as the counters get rebuilt, new equipment is installed. Within hours the transformation is nearly complete. By the time the employees return the next morning, it will be ready for business better than usual.
