ITWC president Fawn Annan recently caught up with Sean Forkan, vice-president and country manager for VMware Canada.

When Forkan took the job two years ago, he set some very ambitious goals for the company, but it took a lot of effort to get the team on the same page. Among other things, he discusses the hiccups experienced along the way, and how VMware has suddenly become a destination for talent.
