Microsoft Canada has recognized 27 partners across Canada for their achievements in delivering virtually seamless solutions to customers. The 2021 IMPACT Award winners were announced at Microsoft Canada’s regional Microsoft Inspire event on July 15, 2021.

“These awards come at a time when our partner organizations are transforming how services are delivered, how decisions are made, and how product and solutions are created,” said Suzanne Gagliese, VP, Global Partner Solutions, Microsoft Canada. “Our partner ecosystem in Canada has been unwavering in its commitment to business excellence and continuity, and they deserve every ounce of recognition they get.”

Award winners are selected in two categories. The first is nomination-based, submitted by partners based on criteria such as customer excellence and economic impact. The second is metric-based, recognizing partners with significant success in driving overall growth.

Unbroken Commitment
“At a time of rising business complexity, our partners are more important than ever in helping to empower Canadian organizations,” said Microsoft Canada President Kevin Peesker. “This year there was no shortage of award nominations for organizations that have really stepped up to the plate demonstrating resilience, innovation, and passion, all with the goal of helping our customers thrive during uncertain times. A heartfelt congratulations to all of our winners.”

With an increasingly digital Canadian economy, these partners are forging new paths by modernizing private and public sector organizations with secure, integrated Microsoft solutions. Their use of artificial intelligence, application development, data analytics and more has been a catalyst for change across industries. From the delivery of personalized virtual healthcare and redefining customer service in financial industry to streamlining online education and transforming the delivery of critical government services, our partners have pushed the envelope to deliver innovative solutions for Canadians this year.

Award Winners
On behalf of Microsoft Canada, Peesker and Gagliese want to thank all partner organizations for their hard work and dedication, and for the incredible impact they have had on Canada.

“What’s happening is truly remarkable,” said Peesker. “We have a grouping of companies that are continuing to raise the bar despite the present storm of uncertainties. These organizations are helping Microsoft accelerate its mission to empower people to demand more and to achieve more.”
