A group of information security professionals has formed a Global Council of CSOs in an effort to better address online security challenges.
The group seeks to improve online security by bringing together expertise from academic, corporate, and government backgrounds.
Initial members include Microsoft Corp., MCI, Oracle Corp., Sun Microsystems Inc., Citigroup Inc., Washington Mutual Inc., and Bank of America Corp.
