Hans co-founded Yaletown, and brings almost 20 years of investing, legal and corporate governance experience to Yaletown’s team. Hans manages Yaletown’s emerging-growth investment in Cooledge Lighting. Hans also directs Yaletown fund administration, and as General Counsel, oversees all investment and realization transactions. Earlier in his career, as VP of investments and corporate counsel for Brigill Investments, Hans managed a portfolio of early- and emerging-growth public and private technology company investments, with a realized gross multiple exceeding 3x. Prior to that, Hans practiced commercial litigation with Borden Ladner Gervais.
