Staffing, as a day-to-day concern seems to have significantly abated. This is one of the most significant year-over-year movements seen in this year's study. Such a drop could lead to inferences with respect to increased level of expertise among staff, availability of more staff (and budget). However, there is support for a virtuous circle associated with outsourcing/hosting, innovation, and staffing.
