This one-day conference brings together over 100 executive level marketing and technology professionals from across Canada to share experiences and learn how effective collaboration results in sustained competitive differentiation. Its focus is to create an educational forum for ‘learning what we don’t know’, an environment where participants and speakers alike get to point each other in the right direction and can learn to more quickly recognize opportunities to better achieve business objectives.
Participants will hear from keynote speakers discussing how technology is being used to better connect with customers as well as what the ‘customer centric’ organization of the future looks like. They will also participate in interactive roundtables, with the objective of developing a joint decision-making model which meets the needs of both marketing and IT and facilitates the choosing of the right technology to address a specific business or marketing challenge.
