Wanadoo SA, the Internet arm of France Telecom SA (FT), has sold its Belgium subsidiary to pan-European Internet service provider (ISP) Tiscali SpA, in a move that reflects FT’s strategy of focusing on key markets in which it is a major player.
Tiscali of Cagliari, Italy, agreed to pay
