Enterprise content management vendor Open Text announced today a Microsoft Outlook-based solution that gives lawyers a comprehensive look at their client and case information from within the e-mail interface.
Open Text Legal View crosses application boundaries to present information within the Outlook interface; information can include the documents, e-mails, billing, and contact information from a particular case.
The new program is based on the Open Text Enterprise Connect program that was launched in October; Open Text Legal View will be available in April.
