Nexio Technologies on Monday said it was folding in Teximus Techonologies, a firm specializing in project management.
Teximus is a seven-year-old company which offers a tool called Expertise to control and manage best practices around various kinds of projects and compliance issues. The software will complement Montreal-based Nexio’s practice in governance, risk management and compliance within enterprise IT departments, Nexio said.
Nexio is focused on project and knowledge management and provides services around IT Service Management and the IT Infrastructure Library.
