Oracle Corp. in June announced the availability of the Wireless and Voice Integration Kit for Oracle9i Application Server (Oracle9iAS). Described as designed to provide sufficient detail on how to effectively automate the technical integration process, the kit provides pointers to key features and methodologies intended to enable developers and partners to quickly and cost-effectively integrate their mobile products and services with Oracle9iAS. Complete with code samples, documentation and a set of standard integration Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), the kit supports integration in four key areas – core server, voice, messaging and location-based services. The kit is available for free download and evaluation on Oracle Technology Network (OTN).
