Mobile broadband solutions provider BelAir Networks announced today two new products that will work with public safety and intelligent transportation systems. The BelAir100M Mobile Mesh Node supports the 4.9 GHz public safety, Wi-Fi, and WiMAX frequencies, along with the intelligent transportation systems 5.9 GHz frequency.
With these two new modules, connectivity is ensured, even at speeds of as much as 240 kilometres per hour. Out of the company’s offerings, the BelAir100M Mobile Mesh Node offers the best performance for vehicular deployments, and also enables multi-agency communications interoperability.
