N-able Technologies Inc. has integrated its N-central remote monitoring software with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager.
The Ottawa-based company said that Microsoft partners will now be able to use Operations Manager to gain remote console access over the Internet from a single Web-based N-central console. N-able has also joined the Microsoft System Center Alliance as part of the working agreement.
“With this new capability, Microsoft managed service providers (MSPs) can gather remote status from existing Operations Manager installations on computers and distributed applications and then with a single click, launch a remote Operations Manager session to drill into the details and take corrective action,” August Wehrmann, vice president of research and development at N-able Technologies, said. “Further, Microsoft MSPs will also be able to launch multiple Operations Manager sessions simultaneously from the N-central user interface, complementing N-central’s existing ability to manage multiple customer networks from a single web-based console.”
N-able made both announcements at this week’s Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Houston.
