#FollowFriday: What will Canada’s top federal CIO say?

GTEC 2014

Next month public sector IT executives will be gathering as usual for the GTEC conference and exhibition in Ottawa, and this week it was confirmed that the chief information officer at Treasury Board Secretariat will be among the headliners. After a year of (alleged) Chinese hacking, a slew of open data projects and all kinds of data breaches, she’ll have a lot of to talk about. For the latest updates, follow @GTEC. Incidentally, she’s not actually on Twitter herself. At least not yet.
