Vancouver-based Multiactive Software Inc. recently announced an upgrade to its customer relationship management (CRM) software, Maximizer Enterprise. The latest release features n-tier functionality, which aids in the synchronization of remote users to a company’s centralized customer database, according to the company. Also included with Maximizer Enterprise 6.0 is the Fast Track implementation program, which is designed to enable quick and effective deployment of the new software. With this program, a team of consultants evaluates companies’ business needs, implements the software and trains existing staff. Maximizer Enterprise is available for the base price of $1,000 plus $600 per seat. Pricing will vary for existing customers, and the cost associated with the Fast Track program is dependent upon customer requirements, according to a press release. Infowave Software Inc., based in Bothell, Wash., has announced Lotus Notes and Domino support for its Wireless Business Engine. The Domino Connector will allow mobile workers to access their corporate Domino-based e-mail, calendar, to-do lists and address book in real-time, using a variety of devices including laptops, WAP-enabled cell phones and PDAs, according to the company. Infowave also stated that the Domino Connector will offer the same level of security, reliability and network/device support that the Wireless Business Engine offers for Microsoft Exchange and Internet/intranet access.
