Adobe announced today the availability of its new content protection software, Adobe Flash Media Rights Management Server.
Designed for broadcasting and media companies broadcasting content online, it protects Adobe Flash video content from misuse.
The new server integrates with Adobe Media Player and Adobe AIR video applications, and allows users to encrypt FLV and F4V audio and video files and set access policies.
Adobe Flash Media Rights Management Server—available for Windows Server 2003 and Red Hat Linux—is priced at $40,000 US per CPU.
