A company called Lazzarra Yachts has come up with a whole series of clips that give an inside look into their operation, including this conversation with their IT manager. It's interesting to see people asking about CRM definitions in 2009, but for a lot of mainstream business users it's probably still considered a novelty. The IT manager in question is laid-back to the point of seeming disinterested, but maybe that's what happens when you spend enough time on luxury boats.
