This is utter garbage.
I assume this is supposed to be comedic, but I didn't so much as chuckle during this two-minute exercise in sarcasm. Maybe the IT department cliches are too shopworn by now, or maybe an actual understanding of IT people would have helped — she obviously doesn't know, for example, that a lot of technology professionals aren't afraid to laugh at themselves.
This is, however, the first time I've ever heard the IT department likened to one's in-laws. How insulting is that? Worth watching if only to remind yourself of the attitudes that linger, unfortunately, in the outside world.
