I guess you could call this the “show, not tell,” approach.
Although this two-minute clip is useful enough, the complete and utter silence with accompanies it makes it feel oddly unfinished. Perhaps someone will be adding a vocal track at a later date, but it would probably help in guiding people through these tips. Still, it's not a bad way to structure a resume if you haven't done one in a while.
Much of this could be applied to any kind of resume, of course, but I think the choice of where to put technical qualifications makes sense, and you can never have too many “power words” to choose from when you're trying to write about your accomplishments. Worth saving.
