Yahoo! co-founder Jerry Yang is relinquishing his 18-month-old post as CEO, the company announced Monday.
Yang will remain on the board and keep his “Chief Yahoo” title.
Executive headhunters Heidrich & Struggles have been hired on to find a replacement.
