When Info-Tech Research saw what the Hospital for Sick Children submitted for the Quest for Canada's Smartest IT competition, they had a one-word response: “Wow.”
The research firm, with whom we partnered on the competition, created a special “Wow Factor” category to recognize the hosptial's eCHIN project, and at the celebration last week I had an opportunity to do a video interview about it. I was glad we were able to put the spotlight on Daniela Crivianu Gaita, who has become a good friend to CIO Canada and is a steering committee member for our second annual CIO Exchange event, which will take place this fall.
