Phillips’ speech recognition technology, SpeechMagic, will soon be interoperable with Elsevier’s RadConsult radiology diagnostic reference system, combining speech recognition with radiological information access for faster decision-making.
The Web-based, workflow-friendly RadConsult provides radiological images and content to the doctor. The integration with SpeechMagic will allow the radiologists to access the information at a reading room workstation.
Radiologists can then access medical records more quickly, improving accuracy and evidence-based care delivery.
